Chris Hill and Adrienne Smith did an outstanding job! They kept me in the loop of everything going on. They responded very quickly to my requests. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a VA Loan. These guys are the creme de la creme in processing loans for veterans—no need to look anywhere else for a loan when you have the best.

Nate was truly a pleasure. As a first time home buyer, I was peak stressed with all the insanity between agents, sellers, title companies, and everyone in between just trying to grab another dollar. Nate and the folks at Vet United were the only part of this process that didn't raise my blood pressure just to see them calling. Nate was extremely professional yet able to be honest and human when it was clear that's what I needed most. Additionally, the ease at which he is able to be informative without being condescending was just what I needed. Everyone with this team was always helpful but not pushy. Proactive but still flexible. I even learned to love the MyVU app. It was a stark contrast to the information or lack there of I was getting from my agents team. I very much enjoyed the functionally to mark off your agenda and update items at your own pace or simply close and disregard unnecessary items.Overall I could not have been more satisfied with this team and can't even fathom how people buy homes without this level of support. 10 /10 will absolutely be calling Nate again for my future home buying needs and of course recommendations to anyone else I know that are in the market.Thanks a lot and cheers to you all.
