Veterans United recently helped me refinance my home using an IRRRL, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and communication was consistent throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful refinance feel straightforward and manageable. I really appreciated how helpful and respectful they were, especially when walking me through the details. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans looking to refinance their VA loan.

This was my first time buying a home. My loan servicing agent was Martin Schneider, from the beginning was kind, intelligent, and dedicating to helping me. The process started when I was stationed in Germany and wrapped up seamlessly with only 4 days before closing when I arrived at my new duty station. The entire time, Martin was available, helpful, and knowledgeable about every question and concern I had. Not only would I recommend Veterans United, I already have to a handful of friends and co-workers. Great job and thank you!
