I was initially hesitant to use this lender after reading some mixed experiences, but I ultimately decided to move forward because of their strong expertise with VA loans. And I’m so glad I did. The Colorado Springs office completely exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and endlessly patient with my many questions throughout the process. Alice and the entire local team made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, clear, and supported from start to finish. Working with them was truly a dream come true, and I would absolutely recommend this lending team to anyone (especially fellow veterans) looking for a lender who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.
