Considering the escrow was “only” 25 days ending around a 3 day weekend I think y’all did a great job. There’s many cogs in the wheel of the loan process and if one is weak or falters unnecessary delays can occur.

This was the best home loan experience we have ever had. The team was very helpful and the app was amazing! I really appreciated the communication via the app and a way to upload requests as they came in.
Corey is what you would want the face of the company to be. I thought the underwriters were less experience, asking for more than I've ever had to produce with other VA loans from other companies while blaming it on VA. It wasn't VA because other mortgage companies don't. It's your company not VA. If I had a questionable credit rating, I would expect you to want more but I don't & I sent you proof I also have investments, besides a lifetime of pensions.
