Martin and the team were exceptionally helpful throughout the home buying process. I was provided clear guidance on how the process would work with them and swiftly assigned a very knowledgable Real Estate Agent.Martin took the time to explain some of the nuance and minutia of the loan process, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, there was absolute transparency on what the mortgage and money in escrow would be per month, which is paramount for me as a military retiree. Finally, Martin was spot-on with his initial assessment of what my closing costs would be and how much cash I would have to spend out of pocket. This made the finance side of the purchase very easy. The Colorado Springs Veterans United team was a joy to work with!
