I was let down by New Day USA big time; but Veterans United came to the rescue. "No man left behind" by VU for sure; VU loan officers went a long extra mile to make things happen for me.
The entire team were phenomenal throughout the process. They were very hands-ons and informative. I appreciated the different levels of staff dedicated to assist in each area of the process. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking to work with an amazingly professional lender.

Veterans United was the only one to say "Yes, you can buy a condo that does not allow rentals even though VA Loans permit such rentals. We will attach to your loan documents a statement sworn by you that you will not rent the condo you are buying."
Nobody at the condo community of well over 3,000 condos knew of or used such a remedy for the Condo Association regulations against condo rentals. Every Florida agent (except the VU agent) said it was impossible to buy a condo here with a VA loan.
Having little knowledge concerning the home financing buying process, the first was a blur nearly 3 decades ago; But this one with Brian and his crew really educated me and my wide both. We honestly did not feel as we were simply another applicant, but we're people who were assigned a caretaker so to speak; We thank God that we were put in the hands of Brian Bradly and his team from Veterans United.
