Overall. It went the best I have ever seen. Everything and everyone were directly on point, all the time. I was never left standing, wondering, or without the information I needed, they needed, or anyone else on the buying team. My Agent was always on top of everything and got me a real good deal too. I am very efficient, and this team set the bar as I could handle.

This was the worst home buying experience ive had in my 53 years. There were not stop issues and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this group.

Working on a time crunch due to my current home being sold Nick and Jake really stepped up to the plate and got me closed in another home in record time. Very easy to work with. I did not have to do much. The only thing I would say is a lot of phone calls. I am very simple so I was not looking for the hand holding so much plus mine was a local move not a cross country or into an area I was not familiar with so I did not need all the extra calls..
