Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

Veterans United made everything easy for us throughout the loan process. The communication was excellent and they were always quick to get back to us. After we finished closing on our first home, they even continued to help us with figuring out our mover process and utilities. They went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful to them. Exceptional service. Responsive and knowledgable. Portal worked great to track progress, items I needed to do, and uploading docs was easy. Josh was outstanding and a calming force when we had issues with the appraiser.
