For the situation and the time restrictions pending my representative for Veterans United was more than helpful and more than expedient in getting this process done, I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone that may need to refinance and or use their VA loan.
Before Alice, our representative was Ty Reece. Ty was amazing to say the lease. He was so helpful and always called to check in. We were sad when we found out the company we bought from said we would have to use their veterans United rep. The home buying process can be long and tedious, but having the Veterans United team in our corner really did make it easier. Having now bought our home, I truly don't know how we would have done it without them. They really do look out for you.
