I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Veterans United. Every process we went through and had to endure went very smoothly. I had quite a few hiccups throughout the process of trying to close on two houses, but the team did an excellent job of getting me through all of it.

We originally started with Veterans United prior to going to try with Lennars lender based on some more perks. In the end, we ended up going through Veterans United due to Lennar not being able to help us. They had told us no out of nowhere three weeks prior to closing after working with them for almost three months already. In the Veterans United got us closed in less than two weeks and we were able to move in on our original closing day! Thanks so much, it’s day 1 moving into our home and I would do the same process again, just to work with you guys again. Not to mention they were on top of everything to get us closed on time! Jason Todd and his team were fantastic. I enjoyed working with them so much, I am referring my parents over to him to find their new home.In addition to all of the above, Veterans United provided a loan concierge of sorts that would frequently check in on me to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. They even provided me with links to all my utilities and services at the new house that I could choose from.Awesome experience.
