Oh my goodness we did not expect the paperwork process and buying process to go as easy as it did with your team. They were quick to respond and notify us when things were needed additionally and the portal was so easy to use to upload the documentations. They were also very responsive if we had questions or needed more information with where we were at with the process as we went through it and worked so hard to help us get into our new home! We couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying process.
John Parker is exceptionally knowledgeable, he is quick to respond and was extremely helpful through the entire process. This is my second home loan he has helped me with. John is the absolute best.

Harley was great and Jordan as well definitely a great team that made this whole process so smooth. I was dreading it at first but they were very communicative and easy to get a hold of. If you have not tried using veterans united I highly recommend the whole process took less than a month and I am now in my home.

The team was great. Answering questions and going through the entire process. I highly recommend Veterans United.
Overall happy. Closing cost were more expensive with veterans united . But I was on a time schedule and needed approved fast .
