What Can I say but, AWESOME! Veterans United was such a wonderful company to work with! My loan officers Joel and Chris we're always professional, polite, and courteous! They were very Knowledgeable and we're always ready to attend to any questions or concerns I had and the process went really smooth because I stayed on top of my responsibility in the process and they stayed on theirs. Chris Porter was an absolute stud. Donna was lazy, slow, didn't communicate ever and almost talked the deal multiple times due to miss poor work ethic. At multiple times in the 8.5 months it took to close; Donna would be unresponsive for weeks and as a result we had to redo paperwork after paperwork. Would not recommend!
