Everything went well except for a delay with the appraiser’s report. My loan officer, Tyler Oakley, reached out to the VA to inform them the appraiser did not meet the 10 day requirement to complete the appraisal. The final report was received very soon after Tyler was informed of the delay and took action.

It's hard for me to not come to tears when writing how I feel about my experience with Veterans United and their partners. About 15 feet away my daughter is sleeping soundly in her new room.
