Melissa, the transaction coordinator, was on the ball. I was impressed with her work throughout the entire process. Seems rare these days to find that hard-working employee dedicated to the customers end goal exist, and Melissa is one of them.
Casey and his team did a great job and getting my refi done in a timely and professional manner. Everything was quick and easy and then did a great job explaining the whole process. I wanted to refi before, but Casey was looking out for us and told me to wait until it was a better time. I would highly recommend them again.
