Everything went great. If we had questions or we needed info, we had an answer right away. We could sign documents from our phones, but felt secured with our own password.
Very fast ! They told us it would take 30 to 50 days to close on our house once the process started, I'm not even sure that the whole 30 days was used.
The team at Veterans United is very good. I appreciate that they were available 7 days a week.
I would definitely recommend VU as we received excellent service and guidance throughout the entire process.
Dmitry and Grant were very easy to work with.

Grant and his team were awesome and very knowledgeable.
So first I called VUHL (Vetern United Home loans) and of course it sent me to the corparate office and it was going to take about 72 hours to get a pre approved loan. That was not fast enough for me since I was a first time home buyer I did not know I needed this form to put in a offer on a house. So I found the office in Colorado Springs where I got to meeet Grant Schneider. What an amazing worker you have VUHL he was fast and was able to give us a pre approval within 30 min. Never have I ever seen someone so professional in working in his line of work. And if who ever reads this, reaserch this loan process VUHL was not my first stop in trying to get a loan, I went to company that is attached to Century 21 and the ladie was very incompetent in her work and had a hard time explaining the process on things. All she did was give us a check list on what we need to give her in order for her to get the ball rolling. Grant on the other hand was totally opposite of that.
