I have been working with VUHL for the past 5 to 7 years and more aggressively searching these past two years. Qualifying was not our issue. As I said the process qualifying hadnt been our issue. Our issue was finding something in the criteria of VUHL, Distance of Location, Affordability, Market availability and not being bullied out of an opportunity that could be reasonable. Well unreasonably it is far from where we'd love to be but near enough we wanted to pull this trigger and pursue the closing out on our Journey. The only negative feedback I have is that loan processing officers should coordinate better with Holidays so that Title Companies will be able to process on time and not cause uneccesary delays. Other than that, they did a great job.
