The process of using Veterans United was easy and amazing. Alex, Taylor, Jeffrey, and Megan all helped me and were magnificent! Their customer service was above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better team to help me. the process was simple and easy, and they were in contact with me nearly daily and assisted me in every way possible. If I had a question, they were prompt to answer me and they were great at explaining things in a way I understood it.

Veterans United made the home buying process smooth and straightforward. As an active duty Soldier, having a lender that understands VA loans and works efficiently made all the difference. I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
They did the heavy lifting. I had a realtor that wasn't giving me a lot of see time with houses; they got me another one. I work off shift and needed a team to work around that; they showed up. I needed updates, phone call questions and options; they provided.
