Marc and Peter took there time to stay connected through the whole process. Anytime anything new came uo we knew about to be able to take care of it right away. They were proactive as much as we were, which helped with process and moving quick.
I love my house and I am soo thankful for veterans United especially Kelsey who was a huge help and made it soo easy for me!!

I was hoping for a larger payment reduction with an almost 1% rate reduction, but the team at VU did an amazing job, as always.
Veterans United is the only company I would recommend. From start to finish the process was very easy! I am fortunate to have Aaron Maxson and his team ride with me. If I had any questions or concerns, it was almost immediatly addressed and remedied. Aaron and his team not only made me feel welcomed, I felt like family with them. I will only deal with Veterans United in the future.

Exceptional service. Responsive and knowledgable. Portal worked great to track progress, items I needed to do, and uploading docs was easy. Josh was outstanding and a calming force when we had issues with the appraiser.

Veterans United has been such a blessing throughout the ENTIRE process of buying a home. From getting pre approved, to closing VU has guided me every step of the way making sure everything was right. Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!
