With a caveat that it would be easier if you are NOT trying to sell a house at the same time trying to get a loan on a new place. Excessive number of "to-do". If all those things were listed at one time instead of bringing them up over WEEKS/MONTHS.

We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference.
