Veterans United is full of perfect people that help you out with your mortgage. Highly recommended saving me money every day and they keep looking out after you after you close.
The process was extremely smooth! Not only was our loan officer readily available even over the weekend for us to get real time info on houses we were looking at. Our loan processor as well was great to work with, quick with responses whether by email or text. We also had calls along the way from others with Veterans United to make sure everyone & everything was going smoothly and on track and offered additional help with knowing about other services Veterans United had to offer. Veterans united is awesome. They help you out with every step. My realestate agent loves to work with them. This is my second home and a refinance with them. I won't work with another company. Every last person has been great with me. They make calls for you if you can't do it. They will help you get the correct utility companies.
Whether you are ready for a mortgage or not Veterans United can help you. I worked with them for a year prior to becoming pre-approved with their Lighthouse division. Over there Kindra B. was a God scent. Her and I probably sent over 125 emails back and forth if not more getting my credit ready to buy my first home. Kindra was my first experience with Veterans United and a great one at that. I can't thank her enough. She knew all the nuances to improving your score and to achieve the maximum amount of points. Thank you Veterans United for helping me to buy the first home for my family.
