I believe i did above and,beyond my share of getting things emailed and,signed to get my closing done. But i was appalled when my rep left me to go close another deal when mine wasnt done and actually was a,mess and took over 2 hrs to fix by myself.
I have had home loans since 1967, in each of which the word "approved" meant just that. VU, after announcing approval, required additional information, some of it two days before closing. All of it was petty, and had been available for weeks.
