At first VUHL offered us a 3.8% rate on our loan. My husband spoke to our ENT FCUand they said they could get us a 3.75%. Then Grant said he would match it- had we not shopped around we would have possibly taken the 3.83% rate, thinking it was good.
Grant was very helpful, and ensured my wife and I were kept up to date on the process of our loan and made sure we received the lowest rate and got us locked in. Thank you Grant!!
