Betsy Travis seemed a little incompetent. She asked for the same documents that we had already sent to Alice time and time again. Would request documents at 1:30 pm and then get off at work at 2:30 pm. This seemed like a process that could greatly be improved.

Have used Veterans United for both homes I've purchased now. From start to finish they make the process of buying a home simple and efficient. I've recommended VU to several servicemembers and they too have been impressed with the service offered by Veterans United.

The only thing is a lot of vets support Vet united, I was told that my loan my not stay with you all and again we went with you all for the strong troop support but there is a small possibility that my loan goes to another bank.
