For the situation and the time restrictions pending my representative for Veterans United was more than helpful and more than expedient in getting this process done, I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone that may need to refinance and or use their VA loan.
Before Alice, our representative was Ty Reece. Ty was amazing to say the lease. He was so helpful and always called to check in. We were sad when we found out the company we bought from said we would have to use their veterans United rep. Alice made the process very smooth. Given the fact that we are in Hawaii and the time difference is 4 hours, she made herself available at any time and was very attentive to our needs and was able to answer all of our questions.
