Vonnie truly liked working with Shannon in the final stages of the loan process...she is knowledgeable and caring.
Your underwriting department is not up to standard. Had to send the same documents many times over. Very frustrating to have ti send the same thing over and over due to lack of attention to detail. They definitely need some changes.
